Cancellation Policy:

We understand, life happens! If you must cancel we ask that you do so no less than 24hrs in advance. 

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

Enough Notice: Free cancellation. No charge to you, as long its 24hrs before the scheduled appointment.

Short Notice: 30% of service charge. Clients will be charged 30% of their service when cancelling by 8pm the night before the scheduled service.

Super Short Notice: 50% service charge will be charged for any cancellations after 8pm the night before the scheduled service.

No Notice: All no-shows without prior communication will be charged the full cost of service (100%), plus 20% gratuity. 

If you are running late, please call us at 347-414-5436 to let us know. Keep in mind, there may be an appointment directly after yours so if you arrive too late, we may not be able to guarantee your full service. In the event that you are not able to be serviced due to late arrival, this will count as short notice cancellation and is subject to the 50% charge. These fees will apply even if you are able to be rescheduled. 

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with skin or health conditions that we deem unsafe or hazardous to the client or staff. Examples of such conditions include but are not limited to nail fungus, open wounds, inflamed skin, and any of the symptoms of COVID-19. In the event that we are unable to complete the service due to any of these conditions there will be a 30% service charge. If you choose to rebook, this charge can be accredited toward your next scheduled appointment.
